By accessing the Techx Minds website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Intellectual Property Protection

All materials provided by Techx Minds, including Syllabi, Project Roadmaps, and R&D Documentation, are the exclusive intellectual property of Techxminds.

• You may use these for personal educational growth only.
• Redistribution, commercial sale, or unauthorized "bootlegging" of Techx Minds roadmaps is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

3. Innovation Lab Use

Access to our Innovation Lab roadmaps is a privilege granted to enrolled students. Any attempt to scrape our private repositories or share proprietary architecture diagrams with third parties will result in immediate termination of access.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
